Paladin is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join a growing Association located in Washington, DC. This person will analyze online statistics and identify best practices to optimize online marketing performance. The ideal candidate will deploy and track digital campaigns to improve marketing effectiveness, monitor marketing strategies, develop email marketing content, and be a part of other digital processes.

 

You Will:

  • Develop digital ad campaigns focusing on overall strategy, creative approach, audience development, placements, a/b tests, and platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare client needs ahead of key moments and use existing content to create and drive ad campaigns
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with leadership to develop them
  • Create reports, verify for accuracy, and provide analysis on campaigns to leadership and clients
  • Impeccable attention to detail and metric-driven analytical thinking
  •  

    You’ll Bring:

  • Impeccable metric-driven analytical communication
  • Prior experience with A/B testing and SEO/SEM
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Expert level proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Eloqua or Workamajig software experience is a bonus
  • Association or agency background is preferred
