Paladin is seeking a Consumer Insights Analyst for an ongoing contract role out of the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate will be familiar with collecting campaign data to identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize new performance goals
  • Analyze past consumer feedback, marketing, and sales data
  • Updates reports such as direct to consumer reports, large customer reports, coupon reports, and ad reports naming a few
  • Optimizes and develops business processes based on research conducted on consumer behavior
  •  

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Analytical related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience data analysis role, preferably focused on consumer sales or engagement
  • Prior experience in in SQL creating dashboards
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, research, and reporting skills
  • Entertainment or Agency industry experience is preferred
  •  

    Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL and Snowflake or similar platforms
