Paladin is seeking a Web Designer to join our e-Commerce client's creative and marketing team. This candidate will hold website development and graphic design skills. Job Duties Include: 

  • Plan and Design landing page and homepages leading to the company's various pages 

  • Understanding best practices in web usability, User Interfaces, SEO integration, developing website wireframe documents, and user sequence scenarios as it relates to driving sale conversions through optimizing sales, and promotions. 

  • Testing and continuous improving of the design of websites and present to management. 

  • Incorporate best practice functionalities and features for all websites to work on other devices (mobile, desktop, tablet etc.) as needed. 

  • Assist with other Graphics/Marketing Projects such as uploading online Catalogs, advertisements and promotions of upcoming tradeshows 

  •  

    Platform/Software Knowledge  

  • 3+ years of professional web development (front-end and some back-end) experience 

  • 3+ years minimum utilizing HTML5, JavaScript, PHP 

  • Previous experience working in an SEO traffic environment preferred 

  • Proficient in Adobe Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and Acrobat, Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, and Excel). 

  • Knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
