Paladin is working with an insurance company based in Oklahoma City looking to add a talented UI/UX designer to their team. In conjunction with the VP of Marketing you will work to create a new front-end experience for agent partners and policy holders as part of a company-wide digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative partner who is highly focused on user needs and rapid iteration. This position is a hybrid role with some time in office in Oklahoma City required, however, the company is willing to offer a relocation package for the right candidate. Think this sounds like you? Requirements:

  • Use business requirements, usability findings and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements that focus on the customer’s perspective.
  • Design conceptual wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, information architecture diagrams, interactions specifications and functional prototypes.
  • Design and configure user tests and analyze results to make informed decisions regarding the customer’s digital experience.
  • Iterate on design explorations to arrive at a solution while accounting for complex requirements.
  • Ability to present design work and concepts to cross-functional teams within the organization.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience as a UX designer, interaction designer or information architect.
  • Proficiency designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, Figma and InVision.
  • Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability practices, web-based information architecture and design.
  • Strong visual design expertise with the ability to produce simple, elegant, and exceedingly usable layouts, interactions, and iconography.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills-ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different levels of the organization.
