The Member Experience Designer will be charged with implementing a creative user-friendly design, as well as, continually updating the platform to improve the customer experience. This person needs to be an agent of change playing a key role in keeping a human touch in the digital platform for this credit union. They will work collaboratively across the organization providing and translating primary and secondary research including valuable insight to internal stake holders. The UX Designer will strive for harmonious and holistic member experience by partnering with product and channel managers throughout all touchpoints.
