Our Paladin team is recruiting for a UI Designer to join our client located near Phoenix, AZ in the B2C space. The UI Designer will use qualitative and quantitative analysis to become an expert on users needs and the integration of company products to meet those needs.
Over communication and asking a lot of questions is a plus! This well-established company that will allow you to grow as a UI designer and implement trends within the UI/UX field.
*Local Arizona candidates only, this is an in office position

Job Responsibilities of the UI Designer are:
Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines for self and the team; utilizing and capitalizing on strength
Coordinate user requirements and share with other product owners and collaborative teams
Design and develop dynamic user interfaces
Follow brand standards and internal compliance regulations
Work with new and existing products to document details and define user interaction models and user experience flows
Lead test participants through case and usability studies
Quickly identify and troubleshoot errors from a UI/UX viewpoint
Gather user feedback and make layout changes
Follow UI/UX trends and showcase creative and inspiring ideas to the team
Adapt to changing needs within the company, and assist where needed, willing to be hands on and use your skill set where needed
Core skills & qualifications you’ll need for this UI Designer job are:
BA/BS in Visual or Graphic Design or relatable field
3+ years as a UI designer
Fluent in HTML/CSS
Experience in Illustrator creating Illustrations for PDF’s
Manipulate product photography in photoshop
Strong Knowledge in InVision and other prototyping tools
Strong technical acumen and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
Problem solving and ability to troubleshoot on projects, as well as provide creative solutions and effective processes
Ability to work under pressure, executing well within tight deadlines and changing priorities
Produce well thought out interactive experiences that can be executed by development team
Superior communication to translate technical elements to internal teams, product owners and stakeholders
