Paladin has partnered with a client on their search for a Product Manager of User Experience. In this role, you will be working with the stakeholders, partners, and consumers, converting ideas and complex challenges into simple optimized solutions. The ideal candidate must be user-centric and have a passion for solving complex user experience challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

Drive product direction while balancing various stakeholder inputs with business strategy and constraints

Define and prioritize product specifications, functional requirements, and KPI's for products and features

Lead and manage user research and usability testing to continually improve our products

Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products and good customer experiences

 

      Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in product management working with web-and SaaS-based products or e-commerce store/platform

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent is preferred

Strong business acumen: ability to see the big picture and to understand and solve for business objectives and to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels

Experienced with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD tools for prototyping
