If so, Paladin’s Phoenix, Arizona office has a job for you! Our client, a global leader in the retail industry, is looking for a Digital Design (UX) & Content Manager to join their team. The Digital Design (UX) & Content Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient graphics for homepages, category redesigns and email promotions, while also assisting in creating, writing and publishing relevant and timely content for products and services.


Additional responsibilities of the Digital Design (UX) & Content Manager:

  • Work with UX designers, researchers and product managers to understand user’s needs, behaviors, and emotions to yield insights that inform strategy and guide the design of experiences being created
  • Own the brand identity, creating brand and style guidelines, and developing deliverables that ensure consistent presentation of the company in all marketing activities
  • Translate findings into usable, useful, effective and efficient user experiences
  • Clearly and quickly deliver ideas to cross-functional teams
  • Manage and monitor performance of the user experience for multiple technologies including computer, mobile and tablet
  • Develop and implement content strategy across a wide range of products ensuring tone is accurate, user-focused, on brand and accessible
  • Actively contribute to collaborative wireframe reviews as part of cross-functional teams
  • Work with UX peers to create tools, frameworks, and guides to ensure cohesive and branded product experience for clients and products

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of UX concepts and user interface design
  • 2+ years’ experience creating digital content and working in UX
  • Superior writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Knowledge of UX writing style guides
  • A portfolio of relevant work samples with a UX focus; including problems you helped solve for, your contributions, and impact to the customer.
  • Experience working cross-team and synthesizing feedback and input from multiple decision makers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality
