Paladin is partnered with a leading banking organization in their search for a CX Design Manager. This position is responsible for aligning various business verticals and overseeing customer journey touch points that include digital channels, mobile app, call center, and various other touch points and collateral.

Reports to: VP
Direct reports: TBD
Location: Greater Chicago

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead mapping teams across functions, internally and externally as needed
  • Participate in creation of a COE and continuously improve standards and best practices for design, engagement, and omni-channel strategy and tactics
  • Influence and promote customer-centric projects and initiatives, become the voice of the customer while fostering support from cross-functional team members and executive leadership
  • Work closely with the digital team, product and marketing managers

Qualities

  • 5+ years experience in customer design (CX / MX)
  • CCXP Certification preferred
  • Some management experience a plus
