Paladin has partnered with a non-profit client in East Austin on their search for a Jr. Graphic Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of digital and print deliverables. You'll partner closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer to manage all design projects for the communications team as well as work cross-functionally to ensure all teams have the appropriate design materials needed for their campaigns.

 

Qualifications

1+ year of graphic design experience within a corporate, non-profit, or internship

Ability to design across multiple mediums including digital, print, video, animations, etc.

Self-starter and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work across multiple teams

Bilingual highly preferred

 

Requirements

Bachelor's in graphic design, advertising, or related field

A portfolio that showcases your design capabilities across mediums

Thorough working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
