Employee will create images and layouts for publications, printed materials, and online resources and promotions for a variety of products under supervision.

Location: City of Industry, CA

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and maintain the company website, home and landing pages on multiple ecommerce and social media platforms
  • Use best practice functionalities and features for all websites to work on other devices (computer, mobile etc)
  • Continuously improving and testing of the websites and present to management
  • Assist with other digital media projects as needed
  • Use MailChimp to create eblasts and maintain a mailing list database
  • Create marketing materials for landing pages, company websites, eblasts, virtual tradeshows and showrooms, etc.
  • Assist coworkers with the creation of banners, photos, and video content for ecommerce sites
  • Aid with other marketing graphic projects including but not limited to flyers, brochures, catalogs, presentations, trade show materials, etc
  • Shoot/mask/clean/modify product photos to print or use digitally
  • Create and update OMS photos
  • Properly organize and maintain files and folders on I: and J: drives
  • Be able to meet or exceed project deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required


    Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college (web design, graphic design, digital media or related field) or an equivalent experience combined with education with 3 or more years of professional experience
  • Skilled in front-end web design with working knowledge of backend programming
  • HTML coding preferred
  • PHP. Perl, Javascript knowledge is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Suites (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of print design, color, editing, and writing skills with package layout, ads, and catalog
  • Video editing knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient on both PC and Mac equipment and software
  • Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail orientated and highly organized
  • Positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Shows the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and fast paced environment
