Rapidly growing CPG manufacturer located in downtown Chicago ISO a creative and talented Graphic Designer with strong technical production skills and an integrated portfolio of print materials (packaging, point of sale, sales/marketing collateral, print ads) and digital (social, online ads, email, web).  


Our client is a 45-year old family owned and operated brand with a large in-store footprint. They’re building and expanding their brand and product line. With a recent brand refresh, they’re looking for someone that can be passionate about their brand story and be capable of helping tell that story through design as they roll out a new identity.


This role is going to need a highly creative and motived Designer interested in all aspects of design, contributing to a range of brand touch points. The ideal candidate will have executed creative work for retailers and brands, and has a portfolio that shows conceptual ideas, smart execution, strong production skills, and an eye for detail.

LOCATION: Chicago-Loop (must be on-site)

COMPENSATION: Competitive base salary + bonus opportunity up to 10%

  • From concept to completion, translate business and consumer insights into creative that drives engagement and preference.
  • Work on a wide range of projects including marketing and promotional collateral, digital and web assets, social media creative, point of sale, product and packaging, trade show materials, and more.
  • Work alongside our marketing team and use business goals and brand strategy to design eCommerce assets, promotional graphics and emails that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Act as the creative brand advocate, upholding all brand and identity guidelines and advising others to ensure design integrity, appropriateness and visual appeal as-needed.
  • Follow the latest trends in print and digital design and adapt and innovate as necessary.
  • Create and manage for all creative assets and resources for record keeping and reference.
  • Manage multiple projects while working efficiently under fast-paced deadlines.



  • Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic/brand design, strategic thinking.
  • 4-5 years of relevant professional working experience, ad-agency or in-house preferred.
  • Strong self-organization and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, proactively manage project deliverables and communicate project timelines.
  • Ability to read a creative brief, understand the core marketing goals and bring them to life visually.
  • Knowledge of the best design practices the drive positive consumer engagement and the ability to effectively communicate those design, brand and creative concepts.
  • Able to research topics/approaches, collaborate to conceptualize possible solutions and translate ideas into executable creative concepts.
  • Hands-on “do it yourself” approach to creating both concepts and final creative assets.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint.
  • Passionate and extremely creative person.
  • Super high proficiency and use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop) with very strong production skills to match your creative design eye.



  • Digital and print artwork.
  • Integrated campaign work across multiple touchpoints such as email, in-store/POS, web banners, print and social media.
  • Trade show collateral and/or booth design.



  • Interests or skills in one or more of the following: photography, video, animation, product design, packaging, illustration.
