Paladin has partnered with a consumer products company for a Graphic Designer role that will be an integral part of the creative, development and engineering teams. This position will have the flexibility to work remotely frequently, but person must live in Phoenix, AZ or Denver, CO.

 

The ideal candidate has experience and can showcase their work that includes creative packaging design, marketing materials and web design. This person should have a strong eye for ascetically pleasing imagery and the ability to adjust images at an expert level in photoshop. We want someone who is proud of their work and will design exceptional work for their new company.

Responsibilities for the role of Graphic Designer Include:

Possess the highest level of photoshop skills by editing photos and layering objects/elements

Develop concepts for new packaging and consumer facing marketing materials

Create digital assets for website

Design easy to follow “how to’s” and “instructional materials” for consumers

Design assets for ad campaigns (email, web, social, etc.)

Follow project timelines, milestones and workflows to stay on task with design team projects

Creatively participate and present in new team design concepts defending ideas to key decision makers

Qualifications for the Role:

At least 4 years of recent experience in Graphic Design

Experience with Packaging Design

Outstanding Communication Skills

Expert level in Photoshop

Intermediate experience in Illustrator

Experience in full Adobe Suite

Strong attention and passion to details such as color schemes, typography and layout designs

Ability to work independently and collaborate with team and managers remotely

Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative environment

Bachelor’s Degree or related degree/course work in Graphic Design or related field of study

Photography Experience a plus
