Paladin is working with one of our premier management consulting clients on their search for a Creative Services Manager. Working closely with the Creative Services Associate Director and Director of Marketing Operations this individual will lead a team of 2 junior designers in the creation of mainly digital collateral. This collateral will include but not limited to campaign conception, video, UI design, asset development and website. Should have experience with creative content such as stories, videos, banners, website, social, events and branding. Coming from large creative agencies is a huge plus.

Duties:

  • Ideate, design, and implement digital-first creative solutions for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage the aesthetic quality, brand execution and productivity of junior designers
  • Ensure user experience is a fundamental driver of all design decisions
  • Develop ideas from concept through final production
  • Stay current on external design trends and best practices; share with the team inspiring and motivational insights
  • Provide subject matter expertise on brand standards and educate business stakeholders on visual communication design and production best practices
  • Provide project progress reporting and team productivity insights to Creative Director
  • Partner with content strategists and writers to ensure design and content work in harmony
  • Ensure projects are well-planned and delivered on time and in budget
  • Develop and present video design strategies through visual storyboarding
  • Manage video production resources and mobile studio equipment
  • Manage preferred agency partners
  • Champion the master brand and ensure its use
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field
  • Previous management consulting experience a plus.
  • 8+ years art direction experience in creative agency or marketing environments
  • Versed in digital and social design best practices
  • Knowledge of video production, motion design and editing
  • Experience creating video storyboards
  • Social media advertising experience, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced internal agency, with flexibility to shift gears fast across clients
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, PowerPoint
  • Previous creative agency experience preferred
