We are excited to share a great opportunity for one of Paladin’s long-standing Fortune 100 client. They have an immediate need for a People Communications Specialist with strong program and project management skills for a long term, remote, contract opportunity.
The People Communications contractor at the specialist level develops and executes communications for Risk Management & Quality communications that support the achievement of the function’s specific business objectives and Client 2025 vision and strategy.
Acts as champion and advocate for client common communications messaging, guidelines, branding, and architecture. Ensures that messages are communicated accurately, timely, and reinforce both Risk Management & Quality’s business objectives and Client brand positioning.
Executes integrated communications programs directed to Risk Management & Quality employees and other Client audiences (risk practitioners). Oversee content and message development, production, promotion, and measurement. Communication programs include appropriate mix of multiple digital internal and social media channels and may include limited print material development.
Role requires collaboration and coordination with the Risk Management & Quality People Communications lead and the Risk Management & Quality Change team.
It is also important that the candidate is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record successfully pivoting between the two when necessary. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time.
Location: Contract remote work; Flexible on location within the US
