Paladin is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with 2 or more years of relevant experience for a full-time job at a well-established global law firm, with an emphasis on innovation and collaboration. This opening will be located at one of the four offices: New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Washington DC.

 

The Marketing Coordinator role consists of assisting in an assigned practice group in order to support the company’s business development goals and strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, thrives in professional environments, and can be an active member of a dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and communication of assigned practice group initiative deadlines and status
  • Assisting to achieve marketing and business development goals set for finance practice groups
  • Maintenance of marketing activity databases, firm awards, and accolades. This includes the management of attorney outreach for deal database collection
  • Conduct research, analysis and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors in order to support new market opportunities
  • Tasks under supervisor:
  • Deliver assistance and support to members of the marketing and business development team
  • Coordinate and draft practice newsletters for internal use
  • Work with lawyers and marketing team on client announcements/alerts for external use
  • Assist in keeping practice group collateral material available on sources including client, prospect and industry dossiers, the Website, practice group Portal pages and Proposal Center
  •  

    Qualifications:

  • Marketing or communications degree a plus
  • One to four years firm related experience preferred
  • Word processing, computer, and internet skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  •

  • Productive, flexible, and works well under pressure
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment, as well as individually
