Paladin has an opening for a Marketing Assistant in the Greater Wisconsin Area. The ideal candidate will be able to meet deadlines, complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and can accept and making adjustments to adapt to the team’s varying needs.


Job Duties

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for a variety of marketing activities and needs to ensure the functionality and scheduling coordination of the department, its initiatives, communications, and various projects
  • Coordinate, prepare, promote, pack, ship, inventory, and record results from our participation in events such as marketing conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and internal events
  • Organize and maintain tracking of marketing collateral, inventories, and electronic files including spreadsheets, and databases
  • Help gather material, fact check, copy edit, and format content to prepare sales presentations, proposals, slide decks, infographics, and videos.
  • Research information on clients, competitive intelligence, and marketing trends using trade and industry resources, surveys, polls, etc., analyze the data and maintain a database for reference. Assist with identifying, writing, and posting marketing content per firm standards for digital and print mediums (website, social media, brochures, sell sheets, press releases, etc.)


  • Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited institution in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience preferably within the A/E/C industry or another professional services environment
  • Understanding of marketing and business development concepts, tools, and applications
  • Effective project management ability with strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds in weight
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience using a CRM system, including inputting data, researching information, report preparation
  • Experience with graphic design and related software
  • Website, B2B social media, digital marketing knowledge
  • Digital videography, photography, audio, and related editing software experience will help you succeed in this position
