We are currently seeking a Philadelphia local to fill a full-time Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing position.

 

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategy and Implementation of branding, marketing, and communication efforts to increase recruitment and retention
  • SEO, PPC, email and social media marketing, online banner advertisements, direct mail, events, and print activities
  • Oversight of all Community Relations
  • Prospect management and development
  • Oversight of enrollment activities and performance
  • All PR and communications functions
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and benchmark marketing efforts
  • Produce intelligence reports and utilize marketing data/metrics to develop new opportunities for achieving and increasing enrollment and retention goals.
  • Create strategy to launch new programs and work alongside Finance Team to assist with program launch budgets
  •  
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferably) with at least 10 years of marketing and client acquisition experience
  • B2B Marketing experience is a must
  • Enrollment management experience including PR, customer relations, recruitment and retention, strategic planning, and market development experience
  • Experience successfully managing at least one direct report
  • Knowledge of recruitment funnel development
  • Strong technological skills
  • Strong social media background
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Strong written skills necessary to write and edit releases
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working closely with organizational leaders
  • Travel may be required as needed, 30-50% of the time
  •
