One of Paladin’s long-standing Fortune 100 client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Centric Marketing Manager with strong program and project management skills for a remote, long-term contract role. This is an immediate need.

The Intelligent Platform Services (IPS) Play Centric Marketing Manager is one of four working in a flexible and agile team working across IPS ecosystem partner campaigns. This team coordinates resources globally from across Client Marketing+Communications, they work across multiple ecosystem partner marketing teams, campaign management, digital marketing (social media, Client .com etc.) brand marketing and our geographies (Markets and Market Units).

Under the direction of the Team lead, you will plan, design, and implement a variety of campaigns focusing on: SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and Adobe.  

Key responsibilities include:
Project management: Executing campaign strategy, seeing campaigns through to the last mile - from global to local market unit roll-out, working with competitor research, creative (design, writers etc.) agencies. Laying out the steps necessary to complete the associated campaign activities - approval rounds with stakeholders and managing the project plan to meet deadlines.

  • Developing campaign assets: Working with the Team Lead to set the scope for the campaign and develop the messaging and value proposition. Based on the strategic campaign direction create tactics with focus on:
  • Digital content creation such as landing pages, videos, blog article, Point Of View’s, social media. 
  • Sales enablement including client cases studies, sales brochures, ppt presentations, Client Talks Platforms – virtual events.
  • Internal communications.
  • You will be expected to brief-in managing agencies and internal resources on a timely fashion (including legal approvals as appropriate).

  • Campaign activation: A critical part of the campaign life cycle you will work with campaign management team and our geographies – tracking activation in Market Units, providing guidance on campaign assets and how they can be used.
  • Reporting: Our campaigns are only as good as the results they deliver. You’ll help track results and package them in various reports across the business.
  • It is also important that the candidate is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record successfully pivoting between the two when necessary. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time.

    Location: Contract remote work; Flexible on location within the US
    Hours: 40 hours/week

    The Client is looking for someone with the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or other university degree, minimum of 5 years’ agency or in-house marketing experience in the technology and/ or professional services industry
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
  • Excel at detailed-oriented, hands-on, and time-sensitive tasks
  • Superior planning and coordination across multiple competing priorities
  • Comfortable overseeing and processing large amounts of data
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Superior time management skills
  • Key skills:  Project management, MS product acumen – especially Teams and Excel (PowerPoint a plus), organized, ability to communicate effectively, comfortable working under pressure and (often) tight deadlines
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency. Ideally someone who has campaign management experience working with agencies and across Accenture Marketing+Communications.
  • You must have:

  • Interpersonal skills: You have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior executives
  • Highly collaborative working style: You know how to connects parts of the organization to design communication for maximize impact
  • Writing skills: You will be an excellent writer, editor and proofreader and be able to work in multiple formats (speeches, blogs, talking points, social posts, scripts, etc.)
  • Critical thinking: You will be able to see options and select the most strategic way forward
  • Strong project management capability: Ability to see a project from beginning to end and connect across the firm to obtain required inputs.
