The Marketing Manager will drive market share through creative branding driving customers to action in both business to business and business to consumer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly focused on the customer experience, data-driven, and an innovative marketer. He/she must understand that marketing is both an art and a science and have equal parts affinity for data and good storytelling. The marketing manager will collaborate with the CEO and Director of National Sales in executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives. Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue. This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise.
