Job Summary

Paladin is searching for a strong Communications Specialist for a healthcare client local to Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of communication development experience and is familiar with both internal and external communications, healthcare experience is preferred.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Working with multiple departments to strategize and implement internal communication plans

Developing content for intranet sites and other web-based platforms related to HR operations or communications

Working with leadership teams to ensure all public/external communications are in one brand voice

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent understanding of design standards including brand development and management

Ability to management multiple projects with changing priorities, needing great time management and professional collaboration skills

Experience with email marketing platforms, WordPress, and content management systems

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or related field
