We are partnering with our long-time client in the retail industry to recruit an Internal Communications Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in Portland, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for joining a thriving team in a new function for the organization, driving transparency and internal awareness about organizational changes, innovation and strategy. You will be the leader for this team's internal communications strategy, creating a calendar and ensuring consistent touch points with staff. You will support the organization in building and scaling their intranet, and will work with leaders to improve on current strategies for communicating with internal teams. To be a fit, you should be an internal communications expert, with experience in large, enterprise organizations. You must have experience with change management communications in a lean, agile or similar environment. Sharepoint skills are a must, along with experience in project management systems.
This is a unique, senior-level individual contributor role, great for candidates who are passionate about hands-on communications work and strategic partnership with stakeholders. Pay varies based on expertise and relevant skills, but will range between $115,000 and $130,000. This role will be a hybrid onsite and remote model, so there is a strong preference for candidates local to the Portland, OR area.
