Our healthcare client in the Madison, WI area is growing and adding to their Customer Service Team. They offer a fun loving environment and there is an opportunity to get promoted within the company after 3 months. The CSR will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers calling in.

Job Details:

  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Answer and transfer 100+ inbound calls
  • Assist customer with getting appointments scheduled and answer questions
  • High energy, fast paced environment; can win prizes for hitting daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Prior customer service in call center highly preferred
  • Requirements: 

  • Preferred: call center, healthcare experience
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must pass background check and skills assessment
  • Job type: temp to hire

    Pay: $16.50/hr+; $1/hr extra to work weekend shifts

    Hours:8 hour shifts/5days week; between 7am to 5:30pm Sun-Sat.
