Paladin is working with a global organization with a newly created role for a Content Manager who will be responsible for creating compelling content and multimedia narratives in support of marketing campaigns and products. You’ll play an important part in repurposing content strategy, content calendar execution, analyze performance and make recommendations for improvements.


JOB TYPE: Permanent/Full-Time

LOCATION: Rolling Meadows, IL (Remote for now, hybrid working post-pandemic)

SALARY: Competitive base salary based on experience + 10% bonus

Priority will be given to candidates with the following:

  • A current or recent content position (not a role that that had content as a part of your responsibilities, but a content or communications exclusively focused role)
  • A solid writer well-versed in social media and SEO best practices

    Responsibilities to Include:

  • Augment customers and prospective customers by writing, creating or sourcing demand-generating content assets including blog posts, articles, infographics, video scripts, tip sheets, case studies and more
  • Produce compelling, leading-edge multimedia storytelling that adds value and motivates professionals to take action
  • Measure results of content marketing campaigns to inform future content decisions
  • Help write, re-purpose and edit content for newsletters and blog posts, identifying clear calls to action in support of the customer journey
  • Help manage a content calendar and identify topics and guests for podcasts and create related content pieces
  • Follow industry news and trends to source ideas, content and potential SMEs
  • Interview or collaborate with SMEs, leaders and volunteers to obtain timely and relevant content

    Other Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of professional content or communications experience
  • Recent experience creating blogs, articles, case studies and more (samples will need to be provided)
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing, SEO and social media best practices
  • Editorial experience
  • Experience writing for a global audience is a plus, but not required
  • Experience writing for the tech or cybersecurity industry is also a plus
