+ Troubleshoot technical issues for video platforms
+ Help to create FAQ documents when necessary
+ Train and work with team on how to use systems
+ Pay: $16-18/hr depending on experience
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail
2+ years of experience in IT or Quality Assurance position
Strong customer service skills
Type: Temporary; 2-3 months
Hours: 40+ per week
Software: MS Office, Various Video platforms
