Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator. Our client is a subsidiary of a large advertising firm focusing on all the social media advertising for a foreign car brand in the United States. This role will help to support the Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager on large, complex projects by taking ownership of smaller support-based projects. The Project Coordinator will assist with monthly production needs, and will be responsible for data checking, proofreading, legal compliance, and product/project management to ensure on time delivery of all jobs. This individual needs to be highly organized, driven, and willing to get in the trenches to work successfully within a team environment. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an effective manner is a must!

 

What does a Project Coordinator do?

  • Maintain an internal status of all active projects.
  • Taking assigned project and managing the day-to-day operations of them.
  • Manage and update internal library of relevant information including: digital assets, legal disclaimers, style guides, etc for all teams.
  • Work cross functionally with Account and Social teams for monthly production needs.
  • Oversee the approval of monthly creative projects such as proof, product, brand compliance, and legal review.
  • Uphold the quality of projects that are completed and assure they are pushed live on time.

 

What does a Project Coordinator background look like?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience with project management (internships will count)
  • 1+ years of experience in a role that interacts with clients is a plus.
  • Agency work a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office, Google Drive/Docs.
  • Passionate to learn, grow, and develop relationships within a team environment
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
