Paladin is actively recruiting to fill a Marketing Project Coordinator with a nationally known retail client in the North Dallas area! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional marketing and project management experience.



  • Working knowledge of Workfront or similar project management platform
  • Familiarity with InDesign or Photoshop preferred
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and vendors
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
  • Proven ability to create and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal


  • 2-4 years of project or traffic management within a marketing setting
  • Retail or agency industry experience highly preferred


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field

    Employment details:

  • Contract-to-hire (3-month contract)
  • 40 hours per week
