Paladin is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join its client’s team in St. Louis, MO. This role will sit in an advertising group, managing project scope for creating digital and print assets for one of the client’s major brands. You will be in charge of creating, communicating, and managing project timelines to internal and external teams alike. Must be able to take projects from the inception to production phase. The Digital Project Manager should be a self-starter, able to take in requirements from stakeholders, assign the best assets to use, and show the initiative to reach the best solutions. Primary Duties:

  • Create, communicate, and manage project timelines to internal and external teams
  • Assign and manage multi-disciplinary team to ensure overall project success
  • Execute projects with quick turnarounds and high volume
  • Maintain a clear understanding of production including print, digital, experiential, and content creation
  • Manage production phase of products (post creative & copy creation)
  • Participate in the conversation regarding the consumer journey/experience
  • Manage the project in Content Hub
  • Conduct intake and scope out projects
  • Create and execute internal processes and adapt to external processes
  • Manage production related requests for internal team and clients


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably with agency experience

    Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Background using Project Management and Agile tools (Kanban, Workfront, Mural, and Content Hub all nice-to-have)
  • Effective leadership, communication, and time management skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Acts with a positive, pro-active attitude
  • Ability to demonstrate past contributions to clients businesses (agency experience preferred)
