Paladin has partnered with a client that is looking for an Account Supervisor specializing in Advertising. Full-time, 100% remote! This role has a salary of 85K-90K. For this role, you should be an excellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and manage various clients/projects simultaneously. You should have a solid background in account management and advertising. This is great for someone who thrives in creative, collaborative and fast paced environments and is an expert problem-solver.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build understanding and knowledge of clients' business.
  • Lead and/or assist in development of communications strategies and campaigns to support the overall client objective(s).
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and distill complex topics into compelling messages for target audiences, as well as have the ability to extract insights and summarize data.
  • Ability to create, track, schedule and monitor timelines for multiple client projects. Experience working in Asana a plus.
  • Manage and collaborate with creative, digital and media buying teams on a client's behalf to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinating and tracking integrated paid media campaign efforts with in-house and external media buying teams.
  • Collaborates with senior team members to develop creative briefs and/or other creative strategy documents, and coordinate with in-house creative team to develop infographics, social media graphics, digital videos, ads and websites.
  • Support senior team members and research team with development of consumer market research documentation and tracking
  • Plan and manage media events and media activities, such as RMTs/SMTs on a client's behalf.
  • Assist project managers with financial management for clients, including updating budget trackers and drafting monthly activity reports.

    Requirements:

     

  • Bachelor's degree with a 5+ years of experience in client services for an advertising agency
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Previous experience with TV/video production, digital and/or website development, and managing paid media campaigns is a plus
  • Highly organized team player with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Superior verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Strong writing skills with ability to independently initiate drafts of a wide-range of communications materials
  • Knowledge of paid media/advertising campaigns and KPIs
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
