Are you a recent graduate who's ready to roll up your sleeves and jump into the marketing field? Paladin is working with a well-established marketing agency in Fort Worth, TX, looking for an Account Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 0-18 months of marketing experience and the desire to manage multiple projects with a project manager and media team. This is an excellent direct-hire, hybrid role that offers the chance to gain valuable marketing, project management, PR, and account management experience in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects with a project manager and media team;
  • Attend and participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and colleagues;
  • Work within budgets, estimates, and time reports to keep agency profitable;
  • Schedule meetings, track deadlines, and draft conference reports in coordination with project managers and account managers;
  • Qualifications:

  • 0-18 months of experience (intern experience applicable);
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations or similar;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and methods, like banner ads, videos, or email;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Slides, Sheets, etc.);
  • Collaborative and able to work well with a team;
