Paladin is working with an Austin-based agency to find a Social Media Manager. This role is an integral part of the agency team, developing social media and content plans for a variety of clients. Experience working on integrated campaigns a plus and, of course, expert knowledge needed of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn is needed. 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic social marketing and content marketing plans 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media and content marketing plans, sharing best practices, helping businesses to grow
  • Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
  • Maintain a professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence
  • Ideate social media and content ideas with an art director partner, draft social media posts and longer form content pieces
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates
  • Experience You'll Have: 

  • At least six years of social media experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills
