Our client, a division of a prominent advertising firm, is searching for an experienced Sr. Account Executive. This firm handles all the tier 2 and tier 3 social media and account services marketing for a large automotive company nationally. As a part of the account team you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of your portfolio of roughly 25 accounts.

The Sr. Account Executive will report directly to the Account Supervisor while supporting the Management Supervisor. They be asked to travel up to 3 times a month to support their client’s needs. Your portfolio will include VIP accounts of this automotive client, which may include help with strategy, creative, reporting, training, communications, and/or liaising with their partners and vendors who oversee aspects of their relationship.

What does this mean you will be doing?

  • Manage firm’s digital application and assets for a VIP regional client account as well as assessing individually participating VIP dealerships.
  • Assist VIP account in augmenting their platforms and manage tier 3 media budgets.
  • Regularly gathering/preparing all necessary materials and conduct client meetings and visits.
  • Support Account Supervisor on any and all VIP regional client initiatives.

Who would be a good fit?

  • 5+ years of experience of direct client management (non-negotiable).
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science.
  • Experience consulting clients to better meet expectations and goals of overall initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Client’s business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to their Clients’ needs.
  • Acted a primary Client contact, forged positive relationships, as well as, consistent and diligent contact/follow up with the Client.
  • Has been successful as an individual contributor and success as a part of a team.
  • Have knowledge of Computer Systems and Emerging Technology.
  • Preferred background in direct management of automotive accounts or dealerships.
  • Previously worked in advertising agency or fixed operations.
  • Knowledge of integrated disciplines (Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, Direct Marketing, Collateral, and Merchandising) is a plus.
  • Prior Experience in digital advertising and programming a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Tableau, Salesforce, and Basecamp also a plus.
