Product Specialist

Paladin is searching for a Product Specialist to add to our client’s team. This is a new role brought on due to their rapid growth. They offer a relaxed, but hard working environment.

You will be responsible for estimating, quoting, managing clients needs, becoming a SME for this line of products and processing orders.

Duties include:

  • Learn and understand technical details of product
  • Help sales team drive lead generation and conversion
  • Work with clients over phone and email
  • Handle order process from start to finish
  • Needed:

  • BA in Business Management or related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Prior experience managing clients and with sales helpful
  • Abilities:

  • Technical skills: Salesforce, Zoho, MS Office
  • Strong desire to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers
  • Very hands on with sales team
  • Employment type: temp-hire or direct hire

    Compensation: hourly

    Work Hours: 40+ hours per week
