Customer Service Manager

Paladin's client is a large, well known Milwaukee company whose customer service team is growing. The Customer Service Manager will be charge with leading a team of 4-7 customer service reps. and managing a list of clients. This person should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

The company expects the person in this role to learn the business and then grow within the company quickly and taking on additional projects,

What you’ll be doing:

  • Taking and making 20-40 customer calls per day
  • Liaison between internal teams and customers
  • Assist customers via phone and email in timely manner
  • Enter orders, manage shipping and return requests
  • Required:

  • Previous experience in data entry and customer service roles
  • 5+ years in customer centric environment
  • 2+ year experience leading a team
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Additional qualities:

  • Personable and outgoing
  • Able to identify and correct inefficiencies
  • Act as role model to staff
  • Employment type: Temp-hire

    Work Hours: 40-50 hours per week
