We are excited to share a great, remote, long, term, contract opportunity for one of Paladin’s long-standing Fortune 100 client, a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.
The Marketing Manager is a core member of the client Rooms team within Global Content Delivery focused on equipping and guiding the broader client Marketing and Communications organization to effectively leverage multiple digital channels. This individual will help drive the client Rooms client launch process and manage the ongoing client collaboration experience, utilizing product expertise to leverage tactics and tools to engage the client audiences, and analytics skills to measure and socialize results.
He/she will work with the MMS and CIO teams on user management, campaign alignment, analytics dashboards, and continuous product enhancements. He/she will work with the global account-based marketers and client account teams to understand marketing objectives and guide on best practices to leverage client Rooms to successfully accomplish them. This individual will also work closely with the events management team to collaborate on leveraging client Rooms for client communities and ongoing event series. He/she will assist Digital Capability team members on managing internal stakeholder expectations and project management for new and existing client Rooms.
It is also important that the candidate is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record successfully pivoting between the two when necessary. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time.
Location: Contract remote work
Hours: 40 hours/week
Hourly rate can go as high as $42.00

External Relationships: Suppliers, agencies, clients
The Client is looking for someone with the following:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum 5 year’s experience, with 3 years of that comprised of technical and/or digital marketing specialization: Sales enablement, CRM, account management, and people management. Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a big plus.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
