We are excited to share a great, remote, long, term, contract opportunity for one of Paladin’s long-standing Fortune 100 client, a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.

The Marketing Manager is a core member of the client Rooms team within Global Content Delivery focused on equipping and guiding the broader client Marketing and Communications organization to effectively leverage multiple digital channels. This individual will help drive the client Rooms client launch process and manage the ongoing client collaboration experience, utilizing product expertise to leverage tactics and tools to engage the client audiences, and analytics skills to measure and socialize results.

He/she will work with the MMS and CIO teams on user management, campaign alignment, analytics dashboards, and continuous product enhancements. He/she will work with the global account-based marketers and client account teams to understand marketing objectives and guide on best practices to leverage client Rooms to successfully accomplish them. This individual will also work closely with the events management team to collaborate on leveraging client Rooms for client communities and ongoing event series. He/she will assist Digital Capability team members on managing internal stakeholder expectations and project management for new and existing client Rooms.

It is also important that the candidate is comfortable working at both a strategic and hands on level with a proven track record successfully pivoting between the two when necessary. We are looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, and a high-level of comfort handling multiple projects at any one time.

Location: Contract remote work
Hours: 40 hours/week
Hourly rate can go as high as $42.00

While there will never be a typical day, here’s a look at some of the responsibilities:

  • Drive the client Rooms launch and ongoing collaboration experience for account-based marketers, client account teams, and client clients.
  • Work closely with ABM account teams, M+C (Marketing+Communications) marketing leads, MMS CRM leads, Events Management, CIO, Creative Services, Brand, and Email Marketing teams to manage and support ongoing client room requirements and requests.
  • Partner closely with the product vendor, Journey Sales, to ensure a positive client experience and drive product development efforts aligned with client feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance covering best practices for client Rooms.
  • Deliver insights – Objectively deliver engagement insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision making to assist with effective future program scale.
  • Tell story and communicate results – Identify successes, failures, trends, and best practices to implement for continuous program improvement.
  • Assist with growth, scale, and innovation of the client Rooms program:
  • Continuously monitor client feedback and market changes for opportunities and updates in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and client collaboration.
  • Promote the program globally to various stakeholders to increase interest and participation in the program.

    External Relationships:     Suppliers, agencies, clients

    The Client is looking for someone with the following:
    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.  Master’s degree a plus.

    Work Experience: Minimum 5 year’s experience, with 3 years of that comprised of technical and/or digital marketing specialization: Sales enablement, CRM, account management, and people management.  Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a big plus. 

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Broad understanding of the global business marketplace and knowledge of client areas of business and overall business strategy
  • Demonstrated skills in digital marketing and analytics across web & mobile
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders by demonstrating knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or similar tools
  • Experience with sales enablement, account management, and community management
  • Ability to understand and interpret data – solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations
  • Track record of proven and measurable results
  • Intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the “why” of various results
  • Ability to operate with a high level of energy, autonomy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Strong organization skills
  • Experience with business-to-business marketing a plus
  • Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative design experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Content Management Systems. Account Based Marketing, Client Collaboration, Customer Experience, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management.
