Job Title: Account Manager, Brand Partnership

Hire: Direct Hire

Pay rate: $65,000-75,000.00

Start: ASAP

Location: 100% Remote EST

 

Position overview:  

Paladin is looking for a Account Manager, Brand Partnership for our amazing client.  The Account Manager, Brand Partnership will be responsible for managing digital and in-store marketing programs on behalf of our Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 brand partners.  You will work directly with the clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to fulfill the execution of the marketing and media program as outlined in the contract from beginning to end.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client objectives, expectations, timelines and communicate changes/directions to internal team members.
  • Work integrally with key internal and external team stakeholders to facilitate the process of developing, executing, and recapping successful programs and activations on behalf of clients.
  • Independently manage integrated marketing and media programs/campaigns serving as the direct point of contact with clients.
  • Take ownership of client accounts and make independent decisions with thorough analysis of long-term impact.
  • Manage to client budgets and work Manager of Client Services to manage expenses and deliverables.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Strive to find more effective ways of working and challenge the status quo by re-evaluating existing methods and processes.
  • Complies at all times with the Standards, policies and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics set out in the Bookseller Handbook.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • 4-7 years of client service/account management experience.
  •  Must have a passion for serving their clients with a “client-first” mentality.
  • Client-facing industry experience with proven track record of forming and nurturing strong client relationships. 
  • Self-motivated forward thinker with the ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time, adapt to change, and balance competing demands.
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines, accuracy, and quality of work.
  • Strong presentation skills (interpersonal, presentation, written and oral). 
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast paced, high energy environment. 
  • Strategic and innovative thinker.
