Paladin is currently searching for an Account Coordinator for our client in the Dallas, TX area! This is a full-time position with an event coordinating agency. Ideal candidates need 1-3 years of experience in marketing, event coordinating or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other creative team members to plan, develop and execute campaigns and other client projects
  • Coordinates scheduling, flight and accommodation, and sending of designed print and promotional marketing materials for numerous events throughout the year
  • Provide support to program staff on special projects when needed
  • Plans and executives internal/client meetings
     

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Capable of taking on multiple projects at once while meeting client deadlines

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or event coordinating or related field
  • Experience with forging and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members
  • Planning, preparation and organization of multiple events catering to the client needs and wants

Skills

  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective written and communicate skills
  • Ability to identify problems and strategic resolution strategy
