Helping Veterans transition to civilian life

Paladin and the Adecco Group understand the important contribution that Veterans make to our country, but we also know the value they bring to the workplace. The Adecco Group received the Gold status award as a Military Friendly Employer in 2020, meaning we’re able to offer outstanding support programs and ongoing development for Veterans all over the US.

In 2019 we placed nearly 10,000 Veterans and military spouses in jobs with our military alliances, as well as providing free career counseling, resume coaching, interview preparation, and access to online training modules.

Support for military spouses

Our commitment doesn’t end with Veterans, we also assist military spouses with their careers. Since 2002 our Military Alliance program has helped military spouses continue their professional development through frequent PCS moves and deployments.

We’re proud to be recognized as a Top Ten Military Spouse Friendly Employer and to offer military families portable careers, training, and professional support.

Our partnerships with military job programs

As part of our mission, we’ve partnered with the Army Reserves and National Guard, Military Spouse Employment Partnership, Wounded Warrior Partnership and Veterans Jobs Mission Coalition. Together we aid Veterans and their families in moving forward professionally while recruiting military talent for top marketing, communications, and digital jobs through various channels.

We participate in the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) to provide tools, information, and training to service members and their spouses to prepare them for the next step in civilian life. We attend military base job fairs and build relationships with military installations to make sure Veterans have a clear path to employment from day one.
