Paladin was founded in Chicago in 1990, with the goal of being the preeminent staffing agency in marketing. Thanks to its talented founders and recruiters and a focus on creativity, the company quickly distinguished itself and continued to realize growth into the 2000s, which eventually earned the attention of MPS Group. In 2007, MPS Group acquired Paladin. It was business as usual until 2010, when MPS Group was acquired by global staffing giant Adecco Group. Today, Paladin is part of the Adecco Group family of brands and focuses on connecting creative, marketing, communications and digital talent with opportunities at leading companies.

    David Alexander

    President of Finance and Office

    David Alexander is President of Adecco Group North America's finance, office, and healthcare divisions, which include the leading brands Accounting Principals, Parker & Lynch, Ajilon, Paladin and Soliant Health. After leading the company's healthcare divisions for 13 years, David's role expanded in October 2015, to include executive leadership of Adecco Group's finance and office brands. Read more

    David began his career in healthcare staffing in 1992 when he founded Atlanta-based Elite Medical. Elite found a niche by providing traveling and contract healthcare professionals to medical facilities throughout the country. By 2002 he led the company to number 218 on Inc. Magazine's list of 500 fastest growing companies in the country. Later that year, David sold Elite to MPS Group as its platform into the healthcare industry. Elite Medical was subsequently re-branded as Soliant Health.

    David is the past president of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services and served on the board of the Georgia State University College of Health and Human Sciences. He holds a BBA and MS in strategic management from Georgia State University where he was recognized by the school's Robinson College of Business as one of the Outstanding Young Alumni. Show less

    Kim Gottschalk

    Senior Vice President

    Kim Gottschalk is the senior vice president for Accounting Principals and manages the Mid-West region as well as overseeing Paladin. Kim is responsible for multiple lines of business, including Accounting Principals, Parker + Lynch, Ajilon and Paladin. Kim joined Accounting Principals in 1998 after graduating with a dual degree in accounting and business management from Saint Xavier University in Chicago and practicing public accounting at Ernst & Young.     During Kim's tenure she has been a top contributor and has been integral in building successful teams for all Accounting Principals divisions. Kim focuses on continually strengthening the organizations' service offerings with the overarching goal of providing the best candidates to clients and providing the best opportunities to candidates. Kim is dedicated to delivering training and best practices to teams that ensure excellent service is provided to candidates and clients alike.

    Through the years Kim has contributed to national training initiatives in both content and delivery capacities. Her expertise in executive search and staff augmentation led Kim to join the senior leadership team in April 2013. She has since led a webinar on the topic of "Managing Multiple Generations in the Workplace" and has also spoken on the FOX Network regarding the employment market in Chicago and the Mid-West.     Vice President

    With 7 promotions and 4 awards in 18 years, Tisha has had a progressive career with Ajilon. Starting as a Staffing Manager with Accounting Principals, Tisha was promoted to the Managing Director of the Burbank, CA branch. After relocating to the Midwest, she was in charge of 5 Chicagoland offices including Milwaukee as a Regional Vice President. Read more

    In her latest role as the Vice President for the Ajilon brand, Tisha supports and drives growth on new service offerings for contract and direct hire on a national level. She has a passion for in helping others grow in their career, learning while having fun and celebrating personal and professional milestones.     Maricel Quianzon

    Vice President

    As Vice President for Paladin, Maricel Quianzon is responsible for driving Paladin's growth by developing and delivering strategic training and sales support nationally. In addition, identify areas of potential expansion and training opportunities to continue Paladin's increase in revenue nationwide. She has been a top performer and All Star year after year; she has also donated her time to training Paladin team members across the nation.     She joined Paladin in September 2006 with an extensive print, multimedia and digital background of over 15 years as a senior creative. Her knowledge comes from her outstanding education which includes, an Associate Degree in Interactive and Multimedia Design, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from Kendall College of Art & Design in Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at a Jesuit University (Ateneo De Manila University) in the Philippines. She strategically aligns and partners with clients across business sectors. She’s well adept at placing key leadership roles in the areas of marketing, creative and communications.

    Maricel has worked on the corporate and agency side, which has aided in her expertise as a creative and digital media recruiter, interactive marketing recruiter, product/brand marketing and executive recruiter. As a highly qualified Vice President and Business Development Director at Paladin, Maricel works closely with clients to provides excellent service with her aptitude to pay close attention to detail and strong willingness to listen to others. She is well rounded and commits to working hard from the establishment of meeting a new client, all the way to the management of a filled job order between the client and candidate. Maricel has the ability to revive dormant accounts and recreate relationships to make Paladin an exclusive vendor for their marketing needs. Her thorough understanding of digital marketing and creative fields, as well as her experience, continues to make her successful regardless of the nature of the search - retained or contingent.

    Maricel had the honor of receiving the 2008 CIMA (Chicago Interactive Marketing Association) Volunteer of the Year Award and served on the Board of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA) as the Director of Marketing from 2009 to 2010 and the Director of Academic Affairs from 2010 to 2012. As the Director of Academic Affairs she had the opportunity to select and give ten academic scholarships for aspiring interactive marketing professionals. Show less
