Before Paladin:
I was miserable at the small design firm where I worked. The pay was bad and the benefits were lacking. The overall work environment was not much better either.

A short-term contract with a major coporation that has extended to almost triple it’s original length of time. The pay is much better and I enjoy the other Paladin associate I work with as well as other co-workers.
