The Need:
We publish a high volume of material - Everything from multi-volume books to electronic newsletters. About 25% of theses projects arise unexpectedly. Because of this, capacity is an ongoing issue. The unplanned nature of this work makes hiring additional staff difficult.

Paladin Provided:
Two skilled and experienced individuals. One of them has edited several book manuscripts that require strong command of grammar, usage, and AMA style. The other has been working with us as a proofreader of books, newsletters, conference marketing materials, and other projects. They have both done exceptional work for us.

Over the Course of Time:
When the workload requires additional staff time, we have the flexibilty to provide it with help from Paladin. We're able to complete projects that arise unexpectedly without missing a beat while maintaining a high level of quality.
