With more than 20 years Marketing, Advertising, and Design experience in a small agency environment, M. M. is adept at adapting her role to fit the needs of the company and client at any given time. As one of the first employees of Edel Partners 12 years ago, she played an integral role in this start-up company, establishing workflow processes and production procedures; identifying and recruiting key positions within the company, including art directors, copywriters, information technology and account services, many of whom are still there to this day; as well as managing the major profit center within the company. She produced and directed high-quality creative that has been instrumental in maintaining a 12 year partnership with the company’s primary client.
