Chicago, IL (April 3, 2009) –Paladin, the Chicago based professional staffing and recruitment firm dedicated to the marketing, creative and communications professions,  today announced that Maricel Quianzon, account manager, was named director of creative for the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association (CIMA).

In the new position, Quianzon will be responsible for helping CIMA rebrand their organization and develop new collateral and materials to promote its lecture series.  CIMA is Chicago's only interactive-centric professional organization dedicated to the enhancement and acceleration of business opportunities, professional development, and networking for the interactive marketing professionals in the area. CIMA offers its members the opportunity to network with fellow marketers, agencies and vendors while sharing best practices and learning about the latest industry developments.

Quianzon has been involved with CIMA as a volunteer for two years and in 2008 was awarded the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award. “I’m happy to be able to continue my support of CIMA as a member of the board,” said Quianzon.  “This will also give Paladin the opportunity to get involved in the organization and to become a resource for interactive agencies in the city.”
