TIER 2 - As the client account and needs grew, so did the solution. Paladin developed an onsite management model that allowed for centralized control over the onsite resources. This gave the client further flexibility to drive strategy and hand off execution to the outsourced delivery team. Further, with Paladin developed motivation and incentive programs, the Leading American Retailer account team has maintained very small turnover and continues to grow. As their outsourced solutions partner, we have three Paladin Project Lead Managers working on site to direct staff and manage projects to ensure they stay on time, within budget and meet marketing and sales business objectives. |
