Marketing Project Manager for Retail Branding Campaign

Challenge

In a highly competitive industry like financial services, maintaining strong and consistent brand messaging across thousands of national retail outlets can be a significant challenge. Paladin’s client, a Fortune 200 brand, called on us to identify the right marketing project manager to support a retail branding campaign.  Their goal was to experiment with creative ways to introduce and cross-sell financial products to their core insurance customer base at retail.

Solution

Paladin provided a strong marketing project manager with experience across disciplines, including in-store signage, marketing collateral, television programming, product kiosks, and promotional gift items. Our talent worked closely with product managers to develop, design, test and roll-out successful dealer promotions and retail branding elements as part of this year-long pilot program.

Success

While traditional retail campaigns generated mixed feedback from the field, this campaign yielded overwhelmingly positive responses. The program proved so successful the client needed to identify a new vendor to manufacturer, fulfill and provide customer service for their field offices. In addition to identifying the new vendor, our associate helped develop brand style guidelines to implement the marketing initiatives at store level.
