Past Experience:
My experience includes large corporation web site content management, and writing and editing for high-tech, commercial, and promotional endeavors (for both print and web). I have managed product launches and branding initiatives, coordinated print collateral to sync up with web look/feel and marketing programs, and I am experienced in B2B and B2C copywriting.

Currently:
Most recently I created help pages for a large website to provide a new friendly tone and voice for site users while maintaining a high quality of easy-to-follow site function guidance. This included tutorials, new services intros and helpful hints, and templates for email and live chat responses to requests for additional clarification.
