Ideal Position:
I am searching for a full time opportunity in the Communication field. I am open to working in all mediums including broadcast, print and electronic. The ideal job for me would be writing- and/or editing-intensive with the availability to advance within the company. Positions where my work would be published are preferable, but not necessary.
I prefer to work in an environment that includes people of many different cultural backgrounds. I would like to work individually more than working as part of a team. I would like to be able to submit my own ideas for improvements and have them be taken seriously. I also prefer work that varies, and fast-paced environments.
Past Experience:
I have held positions as a Production Assistant, Media Relations Correspondence, Communications Specialist, Web Content Editor, and Profile Writer.
Currently:
I build profiles for clients of media companies across the United States. These clients are typically small business owners. I create a profile of what their business does that will serve as on online advertisement to help them gain more customers. I build about 15 profiles a day, and revamp them when necessary.
I am used to working to a deadline and am looking for job opportunities that will allow me to learn and enhance my current skills. I am open for temp-to perm work although I would strongly prefer a direct hire position.
