Ideal Position:
My idea position involves front-end web development and design (XHTML/CSS, Usability/Accessibility) for a small- to medium-sized company.

Past Experience:
As the lead CSS Architect of various teams, I built standards-compliant XHTML/CSS websites. My work starts by creating static HTML templates from designer's Photoshop mockups. I then apply content, optimizing the website for dynamic environments (PHP, .Net, ASP).

Currently:
My most recent project was front-end coding of a state-government mini site from client-approved Photoshop mockups. I created a standards-compliant, table-free markup environment (XHTML Strict, CSS, WAI, SEO), designed to work in a .NET platform. The six-week development process included cross-browser CSS tweaks, content population, client input and functionality testing.
