Ideal Position:
My ideal position would be Vice President of a major PR agency with responsibilities that include managing and directing client activity, developing and implementing media relations and marketing communications, acting as spokesperson, handling special events, developing press kits and overseeing clients' PR and marketing activities.
A professional agency/corporate environment is ideal. One that requires Passion, Insight and Commitment. Past Experience:
I am a veteran of 30 years in corporate and agency PR. My experience covers the gamut: corporate communications, media relations, special events, food and sports promotion, new product launches, crisis management and developing and implementing PR/media programs for a variety of blue-chip clients at some of the nation’s leading PR firms and full-service agencies.
Currently:
I am a Project Manager for an aviation exhibit at a major U.S. airport, which debuted September, 2007. I worked with a flight museum in Oslo, alerted the media and handled crisis when the guest speaker became ill two days before the event. I had to make a new presentation based on film footage of a historic trans-polar flight.
My strengths are:
