Past Experience:
I have been very fortunate to work on some exciting brands as an account executive and marketing consultant. My responsibilities included writing strategy briefs, managing a multi-media communication campaign, balancing the annual budget, and managing a junior team member. I have also marketed online learning tools to internal affiliates worldwide.

In addition to my working experience, I believe that I have a strong set of intangibles that are necessary ingredients for success. For instance, I am a great improviser in the face of the unexpected. I honor my word and I respect deadlines. But I also keep things in perspective. I am quick to lighten the mood or support a co-worker in need.

Currently:
A recent project challenged me to integrate all of our learning programs, both on and offline, while expanding reach. I designed competencies that blended different tools and drafted awareness vehicles to promote its value, convenience, and results. My efforts have provided employees around the world with access to progressive development training.
